Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets shall always be subject to the respective airline’s policies. Before booking, customers should review the airline’s cancellation/refund policies. Any applicable cancellation fees will be borne by the customer.

 

The customer must review individual airline policies regarding any additional cancellation fees or charges. Welcome Tours and Travels holds no liability in this regard.

 

Unless stated otherwise, refund requests must be directed to us, as airlines will not process refunds for tickets booked through this website.

 

Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets purchased along with Land Arrangements shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy for the ticket you intend to book. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be to your account.

 

CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

Cancellation of booking is allowed in our tour company. But, it merely depends upon the situation. You have the right to cancel the tickets provided under certain circumstances. You need to inform us through call or email before a stipulated period of time. Cancellation charges will be imposed for the customers in few cases. It is important to know that the amount paid will not be refunded at any cost.
